Tom was responsible for monthly bank reconciliations, monthly management financial statements as well as yearly statements, and tax basis preparation. USCL’s active CPA of record under Tom’s direction who prepared all Federal and state tax returns is Lawrence J McLevich of Jones, Mc Levich and Glazer in Sacramento, California.
